test to check the purity of the chip. passes?

i don't understand why do you hate me? i have done what you said

no jumper 3v on the adapter
selected en29lv800
ticked "temporary sector unprotect"
clicked erased. at 100% it tell me "erase device error"
clicked "?" it tell me device in not empty

i've bought the programmer from sivava.com

please you are the only one on heart that is helping me....
