Trying to copy this NAND from working SAMSUNG LED TV, but no success.
My procedure: working IC put into programmer, autodetect, read, save file to disk.
New IC put into programmer, erase, write file from disk. Verification not pass.

What am I doing wrong?

Good day.
check the contacts of the chip. Clean well the chip terminals.
try to run after recording a TV and update the firmware by standard means.

I do not think that contacts are the problem, since auto detection work fine.
TV does not start at all, It cycles again and again, as without NAND IC. cry

Does the TNM500 automatically handle the bad blocks in the original and in the copy IC?
What exactly happens if "Read chip and correct info" is selected?

where the firmware file is taken?
if it is read from the old chip, it is likely that the dump is corrupt.

You need to find a good flash dump, a matter with the serviceable TV.

Firmware is taken from a currently working chip. (problem with this TV is, that from time to time it just does not start properly - at the moment it is OK).
I am just trying to make a "hard copy" of working chip.

Now I noticed, that after I read a working chip and then do a "verification" already get some mistakes. How is this possible?
